"I will never use State Farm the interaction with Tim McGroom. We have been faithful customers for over 20 years. The worst customer service I’ve ever received. He blamed us for not knowing how insurance works and berated us, treated us like we were idiots. He had the audacity to think we would continue to keep them as our insurance providers."

"I was with State Farm a little over a year. When they switched their system, my autopay kept dropping off, and I had to call two or three times just to make my payments. It was inconvenient, but I didn’t complain. Then one day while traveling, I lost the card that was on file for autopay. I canceled the card and ended up being one day late on my payment. State Farm immediately charged me a $25 late fee for just one day. So when their system was dropping my card, that was “okay,” but when I was one day late because of a lost card, I get charged? I tried explaining this to Ms. Ross, but she was unprofessional and rude. At that point, I canceled my policy and switched to another company. I do not recommend this office to anyone."
